Special Projects Manager

I joined Wave in early 2018. My primary role function is supporting the operations function, I then developed into a Specials Project Manager.

I have recently completed projects for the food re-distribution charity Fare Share. The projects involved replacing inefficient inflatable Coldrooms with robust energy efficient Coldrooms. The new coldrooms and refrigeration systems will ensure that donated chilled and frozen foods can be effectively stored and distributed to local charities to reduce food poverty whilst also saving energy! It was amazing to be able to help Fare Share, knowing the positive impact that these coldrooms will have for those in need in our society.

Having obtained a construction CSCS skill card and a Prince2 Project Management qualification, I will soon be undertaking an ILM Level 3 course and have been appointed as project lead in Wave’s commitment to gain ISO accreditation. In June 2019, I won Young Professional of the year at the Keighley & Airedale Business Awards.
