Maintenance Management & Technical Due Diligence

For acquisitions, investments, or existing properties, WAVE can conduct technical due diligence on refrigeration and HVAC infrastructure, entire facilities, or specific equipment. Through conducting site assessments WAVE can report on refrigeration & building service assets – detailing their condition and operational performance, whilst assessing the level of service being provided; providing recommendations where operational and energy efficiency improvements can be made, or where equipment replacement would be a more viable option.

WAVE can provide recommendations to support decision-making by determining expected remaining life cycle.

We can produce effective maintenance contracts and schedules to ensure responsibilities are defined, and that services are provided to meet the expectation of refrigeration, HVAC and building services end users and building owners.

WAVE can also organise and manage regular reviews of maintenance contractor performance based on surveys conducted and/or other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) determined by us or our client. This would provide insight into the best and worst performing contractors, reasons behind this and how they can improve.
