Congratulations to Jack Brockbank

WAVE are proud to congratulate their very own Jack Brockbank on his recent achievements. Jack has progressed to an Associate Member of the Institute of Refrigeration (IOR)! This achievement showcases the significant knowledge he has gained in the RACHP industry.  

Jack has also successfully completed and passed his Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS). The course covers all relevant legislation affecting safe working in the building, construction, and civil engineering industries. It highlights the need for risk assessment in the workplace, the implementation of the necessary control measures and adequate communication to sustain a health and safety culture within the workforce.

Since joining WAVE in September 2019 as a Trainee Technical and Project Consultant, Jack has consistently demonstrated his exceptional skills and dedication to his role. Over the years, Jack’s training has provided him with a wide range of expertise, including Project Management, Maintenance Audits, and Technical Analysis. His well-rounded understanding of various system types and refrigerants across multiple client estates showcases his versatility and commitment to excellence.

What sets Jack apart is his unwavering enthusiasm to immerse himself in all aspects of the industry. From conducting maintenance audits to inspecting new installations and ensuring quality in brazing, Jack’s ability to effectively handle diverse site visits has been invaluable for all of WAVE’s largest clients.

When on-site, Jack impresses with his technical knowledge and keen attention to detail. He approaches each visit with diligence and caution, readily identifying any potential concerns and providing comprehensive reports that reflect his deep understanding of the subject matter. It is evident that Jack’s growth and expertise have been nurtured through collaboration with experienced members of WAVE and other contractors in the field.

Jack, your advancement from an Affiliate to an Associate Member of the IOR and achieving your SMSTS qualification  are testaments to your hard work, continuous learning, and commitment to excellence.
