WAVE are thrilled to announce that our very own Caitlin Earle has been shortlisted for the prestigious RAC and IOR National Student of the Year award at the RAC Cooling industry awards 2023! This recognition is a testament to Caitlin’s exceptional dedication, hard work, and unwavering passion in her field.
When Caitlin joined our team, we immediately recognized her potential. Her problem-solving skills, combined with a strong aptitude for mathematics, impressed us from the start. Her enthusiasm to learn more about the refrigeration industry and its vital role in modern life has been truly inspiring.
Caitlin’s commitment to personal and professional growth has been outstanding. Through on-the-job learning and continuous professional development, she has broadened her knowledge and gained expertise in areas like physics, which she had previously dismissed.
One of Caitlin’s first achievements was participating in the 2021 STEMAZING inspiration academy. She actively engaged with other women in STEM, created inspiring videos about her journey, and delivered STEM sessions to primary school-aged children. This project was a significant milestone, as Caitlin showcased her passion for promoting STEM education and inspiring young minds.
Within our organization, Caitlin has demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability. Her role as a refrigeration consultant involves guiding customers towards achieving carbon equivalent emissions reductions. She has actively contributed to energy regressions, feasibility studies, and commercial initiatives, all with the goal of reducing overall emissions in commercial environments.
Furthermore, Caitlin’s remarkable dedication extends beyond work. She consistently volunteers for site visits, supports the team, and actively participates in our company’s charitable events. Her commitment to making a positive impact in the community is truly commendable.
Looking to the future, Caitlin’s aspirations are focused on becoming a Project Consultant. With her drive for excellence and a well-rounded experience in various aspects of our industry, she aims to contribute even more effectively in engineering projects, report writing, analysis, and commercial design.
