WAVE Shortlisted for ASHRAE UK Technology Awards 2023

Exciting news! WAVE refrigeration has been shortlisted for the coveted Digital HVAC&R award at the ASHRAE UK Technology Awards 2023! Our team is thrilled to be acknowledged for the revolutionary software that we have built to calculate the key values of refrigeration systems and heat pumps for dynamic operating conditions.

WAVE’s software focuses on engineering principles and established laws to calculate the fluid properties and energy performance at all stages of the system. Using the location sensitivity analysis featured alongside the software, the theoretical performance of the separate systems can be calculated for a range of conditions.

At WAVE we continuously strive to develop new and advanced technologies that improve the performance and sustainability of Refrigeration and HVAC systems. Our shortlisting for the Digital HVAC&R award is a testament to that dedication. With the awards ceremony taking place on Friday, June 16th, our very own Alan Saban and Mike Gittoes will be in attendance.

We are honoured to be shortlisted for the Digital HVAC&R award alongside other incredible companies in our industry. This recognition motivates our team to continue to push boundaries and strive towards excellence in all aspects of our work.

Prior to the awards UK Technology Awards 2023 evening, WAVE will be attending the ASHRAE UK Launch event. This is a special event to commemorate the joining of the ASHRAE UK Midlands and London Chapters to create the new ASHRAE UK Chapter. Alan and Mike are both looking forward to meeting other industry experts, exchanging ideas and learnings, and celebrating the latest advancements in HVAC&R technology.
