Investors In People – Gold Status!

WAVE are delighted to announce that we have achieved the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) Gold Status accreditation.

To put the accreditation into perspective, we rank number 1 out of 176 IIP accredited businesses with between 0 and 24 employees who operate in the construction industry! Our benchmark score also puts us as number 42 out of 2227 for employers with between 0 and 24 employees in ALL industry sectors. This puts us in the top 2% of all small businesses.

The accreditation comes after a year full of achievements at WAVE, including being shortlisted in four categories at the Cooling Awards, taking home two winners awards and receiving highly commended status for the remaining two. Later in the year WAVE were awarded the ‘New Supplier of the Year’ Award at a Bidfood’s awards ceremony, which is a testament to the services we provide.

As we continue to grow, it is essential that we attract the highest calibre of people into the business. In the new year, WAVE will work closely with Investor In People to see what our company can improve on for next year.

For the directors at Wave, gaining the IIP Gold Status demonstrates that we are doing the right thing by our people, and this in turn enables our team to deliver an excellent service to our customers.
